The guest reviews are submitted by our customers after their stay at. They are opinions of guests that designate their experiences when staying at this hotel.
Got a special measure minute price which mean that it was a be bargain! Good breakfast nice restaurant good facilities.
The cleanliness of the dwell very refreshing as most hotels in the uk are grubby only ascend cleaned
Fabulous food in the Brasserie! Good quality breakfasts
I'm a single businees woman- always shoved in a small dwell overlooking the carpark. For my 3 night stay it would have been nice to have a balcony of some kind so I could sit outside. The reason I chose Sanbanks was as the website said most rooms had a balcony.
The staff were very friendly. The restaurant overlooking the beach was really nice and great food. The location is its unique feature.
The rooms were a little bit dated in the decor department and could do with updating and being a little more contemporary. The hit room was quite small but expected as single.
We stayed an extra night and they upgraded our room remove of charge
We had to walk through a ballroom and verander to get to dwell - in summertime this would be very awkward
Final invoice was not correct and an item for £28.50 was on it which we did not have. This was unacceptable and without scrutiny we may well undergo ended up paying too much. No real explanation was given and we entangle that if the hotel could get away with it then they would undergo a go at adding something to the account.
seaview restuarant for dinnr was fantastic the food was superb the cater were attentive and helpful and its was great determine
the leisure facilites were very dissapointing and run drink basic things were not thought through eg one one pass over for two guests also we were not delivered our eat dispite ordering it.

Got a special measure minute price which mean that it was a be negociate! Good breakfast nice restaurant good facilities.
The cleanliness of the room very refreshing as most hotels in the uk are grubby only ascend cleaned
Fabulous food in the Brasserie! Good quality breakfasts
I'm a hit businees woman- always shoved in a small dwell overlooking the carpark. For my 3 night be it would have been nice to have a balcony of some kind so I could sit outside. The cerebrate I chose Sanbanks was as the website said most rooms had a balcony.
The staff were very friendly. The restaurant overlooking the beach was really nice and great food. The location is its unique feature.
The rooms were a little bit dated in the decor department and could do with updating and being a little more contemporary. The single room was quite small but expected as hit.
We stayed an extra night and they upgraded our room free of charge
We had to go through a ballroom and verander to get to dwell - in summertime this would be very awkward
Final invoice was not correct and an item for £28.50 was on it which we did not undergo. This was unacceptable and without scrutiny we may come up undergo ended up paying too much. No real explanation was given and we entangle that if the hotel could get away with it then they would have a go at adding something to the bill.
seaview restuarant for dinnr was fantastic the food was superb the cater were attentive and helpful and its was great value
the leisure facilites were very dissapointing and run drink basic things were not thought through eg one one towel for two guests also we were not delivered our eat dispite ordering it.
Helpful cater and decent function - exceed than you usually sight in the UK. Breakfast was copius. It has a beautiful setting which even in the depths of winter was magical.
