This is the sound of a Maha MH-C9000 (Powerex WizardOne ) battery charger amplified. It is the appear of the internal transformer pulsing to rush some AA NiMH batteries. Recording chain: Rode NT4 (stereo mic) – appear Devices Mix Pre (Pre amp) – Edirol R-09 digital recorder (24 bit 44.1 khz > 16 bit affix).
